KHO means dry in Vietnamese.
DRY VERSION.
steamed egg noodles with shrimp and bbq pork. garnished with fried garlic, green onion, cilantro and our hu tieu mi ko sauce. comes with a tiny soup bowl on the side.
QUESTION: HOW SHOULD I EAT THIS??
ANSWER: we usually mix everything together. the sauce will already have be drizzeled ontop when we bring it out to you guys, so just mix until you see that the brown sauce has covered the noodles and protein. Then enjoy!
The side soup is for
when your mouth feels dry so you slurp a bit in between bites.
when you want to turn it into a noodle soup bowl towards the end.
slurping alone after you have finished your dry noodles.
